This drawing is inspired by the date on which the Bogota Gold Museum was inaugurated, on December 22, 1939. This museum houses the largest collection of pre-Hispanic goldsmithing in the world.
Among the museum's treasures is this piece made entirely of gold, which is the "Poporo Quimbaya."
